What do I do best?

The thing I think I do best is to show up fully myself and give people permission to be themselves.  This is valuable because the thing I do best in my business is facilitating deep connections and relationships and you can’t do this without helping people learn how to be the most authentic, accepting, vulnerable versions of themselves.

What makes me the best version of myself?

What makes me the best version of myself is the ability to be interested in people.  If you let go of thinking you are only seen as valuable if you offer value, you are free to become someone who makes people feel seen and heard – and that is the ultimate gift.

What are my aspirations?

My personal goals are to constantly be getting curious about what lights up my soul.  I know that I feed off creativity and learning but this is also typically the first thing that goes when I get busy or catch a lot of business momentum.  The funny thing is when I skip these things for a long time, not matter how good business is going, I start to get drained, bored and tired and we all know what happens in business if we don’t support our soul – it will be reflected in all you do. Overall, my business and life goal is the same and that is – to stop getting distracted and busy with the “good” to make sure I’m leaving room and doing the things that are truly “great.”

My Biggest Success?

My biggest success is learning that no matter what you accomplish, the biggest accomplishment is to know only you can define happiness and success.  The more I succeed, the more I learn it all doesn’t matter unless you can find peace and that you’re doing what makes you feel joy and connection.

My Most Challenging Moment?

My most challenging moments have been writing my first book and everything that comes with it.  It has been a huge up-leveling for me from running two other businesses at the same time, being afraid to share stories and what my family will think to wanting it to do well and trying to hit a moving target, to letting it all go and knowing that I got to have this experience and I’m so glad I did.

My Motto?

My energy is my responsibility.  How I feel is my choice. How I feel is how I see the world.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My favorite person is my husband.  He is my biggest role model, mirror and inspiration – to his business savvy to how he treats everyone he meets.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

My favorite places I have been are Costa Rica and Greece. I truly feel and energy there that just slows me down and connects me into mother nature and also the pulse of human beings.  I feel so alive and recharged in both places in different ways.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

My favorite products are my Isagenix shakes because I’m not sure what in the hell I would eat during the day with all the travel and work.  I have to feel good and anything that makes me function better and happier, I’m all about. I also travel with a magic bullet blender, vitamins, my body pillow and an oil diffuser!

My Current Passions?

My current passion is learning!  I am going to start ballroom dancing again (did it for 3 years and then got busy) and love surfing.  I need things that get me so far outside of my head that I forget all time and space. Learning new things especially physical or where I can work with my hands does this for me. Next on this list is guitar and pottery.
