What do I do best?

I try to infuse love into everything I do. Whether it’s a personal matter or business matter, I put my whole heart into everything I do. I’ve learnt in life that the more you’re able to alter your vision and see things through the eyes of love, rather than hate or judgment, the more blissful life becomes. The more love you give, the more love you feel and receive.

Oh, and I also make the best chai tea you’ve ever had.

What makes me the best version of myself?

I try to see things holistically, not just from my side of the story. It’s very easy to get caught up in our own internal narrative but when we’re able to open our eyes to someone else’s story, the world becomes a lot clearer. I’ve also found that this makes it a lot easier to not judge other people and to just give selflessly.

What are my aspirations?

On a personal level, I’m aiming to live a purposeful life that is full of happiness and giving. Naturally, I’m a strong and independent woman and so, I’ve always struggled to rely on others. I’m learning that you need to be good at both giving and receiving to live a truly meaningful life. I don’t want to ever stop growing, learning and connecting.

On a business level, I’m proud to say I’ve already achieved quite a lot. As a businesswoman and creator of, I’ve always tried to be as honest and transparent as possible. I want to help not only inspire people to change their lives but to help them make the changes. I love to create easy recipes and simple ideas that are realistic but life-changing.

My Biggest Success?

I’m onto my tenth print-run of my book Heal Your Gut which I’m really proud of!

My Most Challenging Moment?

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia several years ago, I was on a cocktail of foreign antibiotics and medicines. I became accustomed to feeling lethargic, depressed and in pain. Whilst I knew that all of the medication I was prescribed to was going to help alleviate my symptoms, I knew there was something bigger I had to fix; an underlying issue that I had to figure out. After doing lots and lots of research into health and wellness, I decided to implement different ideas into my own life and from this, started to feel a little bit happier and healthier.

My Motto?

Listen to your gut.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My daughter Tamsin is one of my role models. She’s such a strong, honest young woman and someone I truly admire.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

Definitely Malibu! I was there for my 50th birthday and it was beautiful. It’s so calming and quiet. I love the waves of the ocean and the community feel. It’s my dream to retire there one day.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

Love Your Gut Powder is one of my favourite products out there (mostly because it’s mine, but it’s also a brilliant product). It provides a very simple and natural approach to gut health. Love Your Gut Powder contains naturopathic-grade, organic Diatomaceous Earth which helps to clean out the accumulated build-up of toxins, parasites, metals and mucous within the digestive tract. It’s anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic. It improves digestion, waste removal and increase nutrient absorption. I started having it about five years ago and I haven’t gone a day without it! It’s truly life-changing.

While we’re on the topic of life-changing, I know we’ve all found the re-emergence of turmeric pretty ground-breaking. Well, I decided to combine two of my favourite things – Love Your Gut Powder and my love of spices into one revolutionary powder – my Golden Gut Blend. I love giving my gut the love it deserves with this deliciously versatile blend. You can use it in delicious fudges, gooey gummy bears, soothing nice-creams, heart-warming curries, golden lattes and more. It’s high in iron, helps reduce bloating and it’s full of minerals. It includes organic Love Your Gut Powder, naturally de-bittered organic turmeric, certified organic ginger, certified organic cinnamon and certified organic black pepper.

My Current Passions?

I absolutely love cooking, always. I’m also a sucker for long walks in nature with my dog, a good cup of chai tea and gripping Netflix docos.
