We are all spiritual beings having a physical experience. I assist people in connecting to their loved ones in spirit and helping them find their full  potential in this life.

What makes me the best version of myself?

My core qualities that have helped me live each day in the best version of myself are compassion, passion and curiosity.  I am always in search of ways I can deepen and be of service to others.

What are my aspirations?

My personal aspirations are to be a power of example to others.  I have overcome many challenges in my life, including poverty, dyslexia, and addiction.  I have released over 150 lbs. and I continue to address my mental and emotional blocks to be my best self.  I hope that my life can help inspire others.

My business goals are to assist others in growing their knowing, to expand and build the natural intuitive ability we all have, its just a matter of tuning into your own frequency. To connect people to their loved ones in spirit to help them heal and grow.

My Biggest Success?

My biggest success to date is helping to implement a pay-per bag and recycling program for the City of Portland, Maine, the first in the state.  This program went on to be a statewide model and inspired numerous community collaborations.  Being mindful of our consumption on both a material and a spiritual level can lead to a deeper awareness.

My Most Challenging Moment?

My most challenging moment was at the age of 30.  I went to the eye doctor for a check up and was told the pockets of cholesterol in my eyes were that of a 90 year old person.  He said that because of my weight I was at an extremely high risk for a heart attack or stroke.  I was literally faced with a choice to live or die. I was over 315lbs and  binge eating, I was trying to eat away my emotional pain so I had to find a way to put down the unhealthy food.  When I did this a vibrant energy filed my spirit and I have been able to maintain a 150lb weight loss to this day.

My Motto?

"Give from your abundance not from your reserve". I spent too many years being a people pleaser and thinking that I had to do everything for everyone else.  Now I simply deepen my well of emotional, physical and spiritual health to be of the highest service to myself and then to others.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My favorite role model has to be Samantha Smith. She was America's youngest ambassador and helped halt a nuclear war. In November of 1982 Samantha, a 10-year-old girl from Manchester, Maine., wrote to Soviet leader Yuri Andropov to ask if he was going to wage a nuclear war against the U.S.  The letter was simple.

"Dear Mr. Andropov,

My name is Samantha Smith. I am ten years old. Congratulations on your new job. I have been worrying about Russia and the United States getting into a nuclear war. Are you going to vote to have a war or not? If you aren't please tell me how you are going to help to not have a war. This question you do not have to answer, but I would like to know why you want to conquer the world or at least our country. God made the world for us to live together in peace and not to fight.

The following July she toured Russia at his invitation and as a result, became known as America's youngest goodwill ambassador. Sadly, Samantha died on a rainy August night in 1985 while returning from London when the commercial plane she was in crashed killing all aboard. Although, her life was cut short she has made a lasting impact on the world!

We all can create change. Spending 20 years between Maine, Boston and Washington D.C. I worked with hundreds of volunteers to educate Congress on issues affecting mental health and substance abuse prevention, childcare services and environmental concerns. I saw the power of people, all people especially young people speaking their voice and living in their hearts.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

My favorite places are in nature. Any ocean on the planet gives me joy!  I especially love visiting sacred sites and have spent time exploring Mexico and the rainforests of Panama. The energy near the equator is magical and healing.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

My favorite tool are my stones, my favorite right now is Selenite.  It clears all my other stones and it feels like butter below my feet.

My Current Passions?

Currently my greatest passions are yoga, belly dancing and learning to play the harmonica. I am always trying to learn how to do new things. We have such an opportunity to learn, be and explore in this amazing life!  I try to do one thing each day to explore my creativity!
