She's passionate about empowering + equipping women to take control of their own health and happiness to become the best versions of themselves. What do I do best?

I think I’m really great at being level headed and seeing two sides of every story.  I love listening and helping people talk through challenges they are facing.  I believe that serves me in my business where I am communicating daily with women who are facing a lot of physical and emotional challenges in their health.  I am also extremely hard working, determined and never give up on my goals, if you tell me I’m going to fail it just makes me want to work harder!

What makes me the best version of myself?

What makes me the best version of myself is my faith.  Every day I know I have strength because I don’t have to put my faith in others or in myself - I give it all to God.  I know I’m at my best when my relationship with him is at its best too.

What are my aspirations?

My aspirations are to continue to build a business + brand that impacts women and gives them the tools to be truly healthy from the inside out. I want to impact the world to live happier + healthier lives as we face a health epidemic in our country. Personally, I always aspire to be the best mom + wife I can possibly be for my family. At the end of the day that’s the most important thing to me.

My Biggest Success?

My greatest accomplishment to date personally has been raising my 2 daughters while building a business and traveling the world. Having my husband tell me how incredible of a mother I am was the best recognition I’ve ever received.

My Most Challenging Moment?

After several years of marriage and living overseas I decided to stay home and pursue my own career which separated my husband and I for a year while he was working overseas.  This was a very hard time in our life and marriage but it ultimately made me realize what my top priorities were.  After a year of living mostly apart and finding out I was pregnant with our first daughter I decided to quit my job and move back overseas with him.  It was a hard decision but it led me to creating my own online business, which I’m forever thankful for!  That decision definitely changed our lives and is what launched me into wanting to create a successful career as an entrepreneur.

My Motto?

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippines 4:13

My Favorite People/Role Models?

Chalene Johnson is one of my biggest role models in business. My parents and my in-laws are people I look up to greatly in my personal life.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

My favorite places in the world are Prague, Czech Republic, Israel and Nice, France.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

My Ninja Blender - I wish I could travel with it everywhere!  My favorite products right now are Piper Wai natural deodorant, Mermaid Dry Shampoo, Ahava Dead Sea Salt lotions, Burts Bees lip balm, Coobie Nursing Bras and Calvin Klein Performance leggings.

My Current Passions?

My family, spiritual health, personal development and helping people change their lives.
