She believes that the small, subtle shifts over time can have a huge impact on daily life. Holly’s goal is always to aim for results that improve her clients’ mindsets and bodies, as well as enhancing the quality of their lives.

What do I do best?

I believe that one of my greatest qualities is simply “not giving up”. I look at all my miss-steps and falls as necessary lessons to help re-direct me on the path I am supposed to be on. This has helped me incredibly in both my personal life and professional life in countless ways. I also never forget my “lessons”, which I think is a key part of truly being successful at anything in life. I look at hard, tough times, and failures as true moments of Grace, and I am grateful for them. I believe when you can draw strength from your past experiences, and be empowered by your own story, you will be unstoppable.

What makes me the best version of myself?

I am the best version of myself when I am in complete alignment, mind and body. For me this, is living in a state of joy, and always making that a priority. I think it is very hard to be the “best version” of ourselves when we really don’t take the time to get to know who we really are; what makes us tick, what inspires us, what brings tears to our eyes, what we are most grateful for and why. For me a deep knowing of myself, allows me to live more joyfully and when I am living in that non-negotiable space, I am TOTALLY the best version of myself.

What are my aspirations?

Ah… good one… Well, to be completely honest, I aspire to serve. I just know that, that is why I am here – and I aim to do it through, coaching, writing and speaking. If I can teach and spread the message of living from a truly intuitive space I know that major shifts can happen for people. I want to provide people with the tools to trust themselves and their bodies, and eliminate the second guessing that society and the media instills in our subconscious minds. I think storytelling is such a powerful medium and I would love to write a book someday. Personally, I aspire to keep growing, changing, and evolving intellectually and spiritually. I’m excited to see what will unfold in the next chapter of my life. I’ve spent the last several years of my life building my practice and have begun to shift my attention more to my personal life, which has been very beautiful.

My Biggest Success?

I just don’t look at life that way. I choose not to quantify success. I have had immeasurable successes throughout my life and countless moments of gratitude. For me making the choice every day and in every moment to live with integrity and from a place of joy is my goal, and for me, when I accomplish that every day, I am successful.

My Most Challenging Moment?

The height of my eating disorder was truly the moment that brought me to my knees. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction - my eating disorder and body dysmorphia, was the moment when it all came crashing down. It was a result of all the pain in my past that I had not dealt with. Prior to being a fitness model and bikini competitor, I dealt with the trials of my life in a very self-destructive way. I would either act out, or shove down all of my anxiety, and painful experiences. My need to control, manifested in an obsessed need to diet and exercise, and left me with lingering compulsive thought patterns that were simply killing me. I was so lost, and questioned the essence of who I was. During this time, I had to face a lot of hard realities and “do the work”. I began to work with holistic health practitioners, healers, and nutritional therapists. This was one of the most challenging and yet necessary times in my life. However, I must say, doing all this inner work truly was also one of the most powerful times in my life. It truly laid the foundation for how I now live my life, treat my body, and has allowed me to develop my professional practice and my intuitive approach to wellness and healthy living.

My Motto?

I 100% believe that life doesn’t happen to us, we are co-creators of our story… And at any point you CAN choose another way. You can choose to look at a situation differently. You can choose another thought. I live my life, with a deep knowing that YOU ARE NEVER STUCK.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

I am truly surrounded by an incredible tribe of beautiful individuals that keep me inspired, laughing hysterically, and always striving to do more in this world. Personally, my grandmother is one of my greatest role models. She passed away last year, and was the epitome of faith, forgiveness, and unconditional love. My grandmother lived till the age of 94, and at the end of her life, the impact of love that she left on the world, was so clear. I learned so much from her, and hope to emulate her values when I have a family of my own. Professionally, I have always found inspiration from the career of Wayne Dyer. I remember watching a PBS special he did when I was 15 years old and it cracked open a light inside of me that has lead me into the field of personal development.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

I’m a city girl who, loves art, walking everywhere, great food, cultural diversity and history! Being a born and bred New Yorker, I never knew it would be possible to fall in love with another city, until I visited London. I was memorized by the cozy pubs, proper teas, architecture, and bustling night life. This is a place I know I will return to often.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

I can’t lie, I LOVE my coffee pot. I am huge on a consistent morning routine, it truly sets the tone for the day. Every morning, I sip a cup of coffee and set intentions for the day. Its straight up my favorite thing. I also, use DoTerra essential oils daily and they are a staple in my own self-care and wellness practice. I am also an admitted podcast junkie! I believe it’s very important to protect your mind, especially during this very controversial time in our country – so every morning I listen to an audio book (currently listening to An Autobiography of a Yogi) or podcast hosted by an inspirational thought leader.

My Current Passions?

There are just too many…. I am a huge fan of the Ballet and attend several performances every season, cooking for people I love is hands down my favorite past time, and sweating it out in a hot yoga class is what lights me up and keeps me grounded. I am also a documentary junkie and watch about 3 a week!
