What do I do best?

Inspire. I am an innovative teacher, a loyal friend, determined business woman, a kind partner. I guess I am the best at being me: Intuitive, creative, authentic and honest. . I am passionate about whatever I put my mind to and once my mind is made up nothing holds me back.

What makes me the best version of myself?

Everyday I practice Svadhyaya – Self Study. I am always checking in, noticing ways I can better myself so that I can be a better teacher, friend, wife etc. We cannot help anyone around us if we ourselves are not whole. It’s important to stay honest with yourself and those around you. We keep growing and changing daily, our goals need to grow and change with us.

What are my aspirations?

I want my work to inspire and empower others to know they have the power to do or be anything or anyone they want. There is no limit.

My Biggest Success?

(No rules here. This can be anything in your life that you view as your greatest accomplishment to date)

My daughter. I am 6 months pregnant as I write this. I never knew that I could become a mother. I am so honored to carry this child and know this will be my biggest job, my biggest adventure and my greatest accomplishment yet.

My Most Challenging Moment?

The decision to completely change my life. This happened over a span of a few years, not really a moment. I was 25, outgrowing my personal life, not identifying with my career or feeling fulfilled with my current lifestyle. I was awakening to the idea of a more holistic way of living. I wanted to travel, and I felt in my heart that I was meant for more.  I wanted to share my new found passion of yoga and I knew that something big had to change. I wasn’t sure what that looked like, and I didn’t have much support surrounding my idea, but I did have a strong belief in myself and my dreams. It was a long road that lead me to where I am today and it definitely wasn’t easy, but I’ve never been happier or more fulfilled.

My Motto?

“If you can dream it, you can do it.” I firmly believe in the power of thought. So many people hold themselves back from going after their dreams simply because they are afraid to fail, or don’t truly believe they are capable. Our mind is our most powerful tool.  What you tell yourself daily, you set into motion. Your focus in life creates your intention, but you must take action to change your reality. Even the smallest step can lead you down the path to your dreams.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My Husband, Josh Kramer. He is an intuitive yoga teacher whose alignment on the mat is second to none. He is also a Humanitarian with a background in women and children rights and development. Josh is a compassionate, fun and adventurous guy who inspires me on and off the mat. I can honestly say he brings out the best in me and those he comes in contact with.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

I love traveling anywhere tropical! I feel most natural and free on a salty beach with the sun on my skin.  Whether that is Bali, Hawaii, Thailand, Tulum or the Philippines, I don’t think I can choose. It almost gives me a sense of excitement and freedom while feeling at home all at once. I can say, Bali will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s a beautiful mix of yoga, wellness, Balinese culture and the most stunning landscape all rolled up with local flavor, inspired travelers and innovative food. A must see for anyone with a sense of adventure.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

Canon 5D DSLR Camera – I never go too far without it.

Alo Yoga leggings. I live in these. They look great on or off the mat and most important they preform better than any other brand I have tried.

Yoga mat

Mac book Pro – Since there is little separation between my job and play, work comes with me wherever I go.

I have a long list of beauty products, but vitamin C is at the top :)

My Current Passions?

I am passionate about my job, about yoga and about helping others on their journey. I am blessed to work for amazing companies such as where I get to teach yoga, fitness and wellness to the masses and share my gifts  globally.

I am proud to be working with Alo yoga and be behind a brand with heart, integrity and the vision to change the world through yoga.

Every year brings new excitement and opportunities. I am happy to be just as excited about yoga as was when I first started.
