Ryan Stein: Digital marketing strategy consultant

My NativeAdVantage:

Bio:

Hey, I'm Ryan Stein. I have been an entrepreneur for as long as I can remember. My life has been dedicated to helping people live a life they love by helping them grow their business. I'm a marketer with a strong passion for putting a dent in the universe. When I am not trying to pet a stranger's dog, you can find me weightlifting or figuring out ways to monetize my daily life.

What do I do best?

I get stuff done. That’s an extreme generalization on my part, so let me explain what that means.

I’ve started to become known by clients and friends as “The Guy”. What this means is that no matter what you need, I am the guy who can get it done. I started off in marketing for the sole reason that it was the easiest way to reach the greatest number of people and to have an impact.

I’ve always strived to leave things better than I found them, so I have made every effort in my life to be able to help any person or business that comes my way.

I have been a fitness instructor, counselor, marketing manager, web designer and everything in between. It led me to start my own business which focuses on making businesses the best they can be.

It originally started as a digital marketing agency and has now branched out to be so much more.

Here are the services I bring to my clients as a consultant:

•    Digital Marketing

•    Web Design/UX

•    Career Counseling

•    Branding

•    Coaching/Leadership

•    And honestly, I would probably change a tire if a client needed it

I don’t believe in saying, “that’s not my job” or “that’s not my problem”. I believe that we all work better if we can work together.

So, what do I do best? I activate the people and businesses around me through digital marketing and coaching to be the best that they can be. Whether that is driving results in business or within personal lives.

Breakthroughs are breakthroughs and I want to be able to create them until the day I die.

What makes me the best version of myself?

My circle of friends, I am a firm believer that you are the culmination of the five people you spend time with the most.

The reason they make me the best version of myself is because they are not afraid to call me out on my nonsense. They are there if I need support and will be the first to lend a helping hand.

Sometimes the best way to lend a hand is to drop some truth bombs. Change is not easy, yet I find that it is always worth it.

What are my aspirations?

PERSONAL

•    Weigh 190 pounds (currently building muscle)

•    Travel once a month

•    Live in Minneapolis and California (move between the two at will)

•    Have a TED Talk

•    Own a condo

•    Help as many people as I can live a life that makes them want to get up in the morning

BUSINESS

•    Multiple sources of passive income

•    Be featured in Entrepreneur magazine

•    Be considered a key influencer (I’m coming for you Gary V & Lewis Howes)

•    Have so many clients I don’t know what to do with

•    Be number one in a Google Search

I am a simple guy at heart, I want to change the world and do as many cool things as I can along the way.

My Biggest Success?

Recently I quit a corporate full-time gig that could have sustained me for a while. I quit it because I believed I could run my own business and make a dent in my universe all on my own.

It paid off, I now have enough business that is supporting me and it feels so good. I have never felt so alive.

My Most Challenging Moment?

I think my most challenging moment was acknowledging that I was not happy with where my life was heading.

It shook me to my core and gave me the strength to make a change for the better.

My Motto?

Figure it out.

I think this is a testament that no matter what is thrown at me, I’ll figure out how to fix it or adapt to it.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

BUSINESS

•    Gary V

•    Lewis Howes

•    Ben Angel

PERSONAL

•    Karen Borre

•    Andy Lien

•    Ellen DeGeneres

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

•    Germany

•    Europe (in general)

•    Any place with a beach

•    Japan

•    Colorado

My Favorite Products/Objects?

•    All the automation tools that make running a business easier

•    Coffee

•    My car (for all the meetings)

•    Google

•    Udemy

•    Pictures of cute dogs on the internet

•    Free weights at the gym

My Current Passions?

One of my dear friends recently decided they wanted to go into business for themselves and I am helping them to build their business from the ground up pro bono. It matters because she woke up and said, “there’s got to be a better way” and I want to help her find it.

I’m also a really big fitness buff, so bodybuilding has become a big passion, too.
