Jasper Cain: Celebrity personal trainer

My NativeAdVantage:

Bio:

Jasper Cain, a personal trainer, specializing in training athletes and entertainers for over 20 years. During the years of training over 2500 trainees from amateur to professional sports to name a few such as: Deion Sanders (Hall of Fame Defensive Back), Michael Johnson (Cincinnati Bengals Defensive End), Breshaud Perriman (Baltimore Ravens Wide Receiver), George Godsey (Former Houston Texan Coach), and many more. In preparing these athletes for their offseason workouts or for the NFL, CFL, or track and field. I became a speed specialist. In mastering my craft. I developed an accurate method of predicting time. From timing to a   breakdown and getting the best performance out of my trainees. This has lead to a concept to product project. The Pure Speed Smart stopwatch. I'm at two stages of completing the manifestation of the Smart stopwatch. The start up and second Funding stage is where I am at now.

What do I do best?

I am best at motivating others. Getting them to do what they wouldn’t do on their own.. I help others reach their best. That is personal or in business. The next level is how I can best be described. Helping others reach the next level. I don’t require them to do what I am not doing for myself. I do next level best.

What makes me the best version of myself?

Being transparent and honest. People have to relate to you. They have to connect. In life we must do heart work and not hard work. For example, hard work can be replaced. Sometimes hard work is busy work. Heart work, you are touching someone else’s heart to get what you want from them. But it all starts with me. Experience is a teacher. Everyone we meet is a teacher. School or learning is never over. We must all continue to graduate spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I have to be real with myself in order to be real with others.

What are my aspirations?

To be my very best in everything I do. Try to master life and things I do. To always grow upward. To never settle for less or live small. To reach my highest capacity. To live to the fullest. To see and do it all. We live every day and only die once. This life experience is captured in moments. We have no control of time. We must make the very best every second we have breath. Life is not measured by the breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.

My Biggest Success?

My greatest accomplishment to date. I am my biggest project. Working on me so that I can be the very best to others. When we become who we are meant to be. You can be unstoppable. But that is the hardest part of life. Being who you are meant to be. Not falling short of that. You can’t be a shell of yourself if you never became who you are meant to be. It’s rare to live when most are just existing. My biggest success is this moment. Moment by moment. I have trained athletes and entertainers and helped them reach their success. Them having a great year. A record setting year. But that wasn’t my biggest success. I am always my biggest project.

My Most Challenging Moment?

I’m living in my most challenging moment. Do you keep going or quit? I keep going. In the quest to be the first. It has been a difficult journey of losses, failures, and heartaches. It’s an uphill battle. I have others that depend on me and I can’t quit. It’s bigger than me. Getting funding has been my biggest challenge for 4 years I have been at it. I am right now in the moment of breakthrough. When the right people finally get around you, the impossible becomes possible. This is the thing about life. No one wants to hear your story unless you win!!

The journey is as important as the destination. We must embrace it and take it in. That is the losses, failures, and heartaches. It’s meant to strengthen us. It has a purpose later on down the line. It also helps our transparency. It forces you to be real. You must be humble and stay that way through in through. Through the ups and the downs. I haven’t had much ups in a long time. That’s because when you are focusing on the end goal. You stay after it. You bear down and go through the storm, tornadoes, and hurricanes of life. It doesn’t rain forever. Eventually, the sun will come out and there will be a rainbow.

My Motto?

Simple. One day at a time. Another 24 hours. To give my very best. To everyone I meet and everything I do. One day at a time.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

WOW! GOD is it. We spend 100% of the time with HIM, 80% of the time alone, and 20% with people. HE is my favorite people, role model both business and personal.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

I have yet to go on them. Those destinations are on the bucket list. It’s been razor sharp focused.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

I don’t have a favorite. They all have a service. That is cell phones, TV, smartwatches, and all. I’m more of a people’s person. I enjoy moments. My favorite product is my Smartstopwatch. The joy of watching it manifest. To where it’s able to take everyone to the next level. Now, that is my favorite.

My Current Passions?

My current passion is helping others reach their highest capacity. That is what I am here for. To challenge them to do and be better. The best way that I can. Make the world better than I found it. Make others better than I found them. That sums it up.
