What do I do best?

So far as Yoga is concerned, I do best at helping all kinds of people heal themselves. My passion is to help Students and Private Clients heal their Mind, Body, and Spirit through the use of Yoga Therapy.

Personally, I do best at waking up every morning between 3:00-4:00 am to Meditate and practice Yoga.

What makes me the best version of myself?

I would say tenacity, kindness, and compassion.

What are my aspirations?

My personal goal is to stay healthy by eating mindfully, mainly Vegetarian diet, and enjoying my friends and family every day.

My business goal is to have Gentle Therapeutics Yoga Teachers trained and able to share my unique style of healing Yoga with the world.

My Biggest Success?

My son, who is the love and light of my life. I birthed him at 39 years old in a Jacuzzi on Miami Beach under a full moon in one and a half hours, when I was told I would never have children naturally. How about that?

My Most Challenging Moment?

Losing my Mother, who was my dearest friend and mentor. When I reach for the phone to call her, and she is not there.

My Motto?

Treat people as you wish to be treated, with kindness and love.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

Guru Mayi of Siddha Yoga- my Meditation Teacher- and all the wonderful Yoga Teachers I have encountered and learned from over the years, including B.K.S. Iyengar and Gomukh, Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

India, India, India.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

I'm the Prop Queen, and an advocate of Props. I use Props such as Chairs, Blankets, Bolsters, Blocks, and Straps to help support the body in my Yoga Classes and my own personal practice.

My Current Passions?

My current passions include cooking and preparing healthy food. I use to have my own catering business when I lived in San Francisco, and actually cooked for the Mayor at the time. I am also passionate about teaching Workshops, Teacher Trainings, and Retreats all over the world. I have a Retreat in India coming up next March that I am already dreaming about.
