What do I do best?

Inspire others to push themselves to the next limit. To get out people out of their comfort zone and into a place we’re they begin to change physically, mentally and spiritually. I love to spread my energy to clients, friends and family.

What makes me the best version of myself?

I believe the best version of myself is one who never quits. I stay loyal by default and refuse to be pressured into quitting. From a young age I stayed committed to every activity and sport that I was apart of. I never once quit on my team and never will quit on myself. I strive to be the BEST version of myself by setting that example to others. I believe this quality has brought me to where I am today because I stay committed to everything I set forth to do.

What are my aspirations?

My personal aspiration is to create a future that I’ve always dreamt of. I want to feel proud of the life I’ve built and to find days that I can on relax and meditate. I’m always trying to find that balance which is one of my personal goals!

My business aspiration is to grow my personal training business and educate other about living a healthy lifestyle.

My Biggest Success?

I've always dreamed of becoming a fitness model. This past year I signed on with MSA models NYC. I was sent to my first casting and it was for adidas. I wasn’t sure how I felt. Everyone was tall and beautiful. There I was shorter and athletically built. Adidas has always been my favorite brand. I felt that I can relate to adidas branding. After the casting, I was notified that I booked the job!! Words couldn't describe how excited I was. It was my first casting as a fitness model and I booked it with one of my favorite brands! I think this was my biggest success because I've always set my intention to one day do a shoot with adidas. While shooting, I was embracing every moment. I couldn't believe it was real life! I always tell others to set their intention high because one day you’ll achieve it!

My Most Challenging Moment?

My most challenging moment would be when my boyfriend got really sick. Michael was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2009. In 2012 he had an episode that sent him to the hospital. From that day on, we were in the hospital up until 2015. Those 3 years were rough. He had 2 blood transfusions, Sigmoid Colectomy with an Ileostomy and the Ileostomy Reversal. There would be days when I felt hopeless but I knew that I could never show him my weakness. I had to stay strong for him. I believe in good vibes, great energy and positive words. I would say everything is going to be okay every day. Everyday would be a progression. Today Michael is the healthiest he has ever been.

Even though those 3 years were one of the roughest, we both came out stronger than ever. Our love was tested and not one day did I stop loving him. This was the true meaning of “for sickness and for health.” Today we live our lives to the fullest, to never take anything too seriously and to live the best healthy life. His disease has both educated us to watch what we eat and understand that what we put in our body can affect the rest of our lives.

My Motto?

My motto is “the best is yet to come.” I strongly believe in work hard pays off. Nothing is ever handed to you. Every day is just a build up to that reward you’ve set for yourself. The best is yet to come because YOU’RE making it happen. No one else. No one is is in control of your destiny, you are! Make it happen!

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My favorite person and role model is Derek Jeter. Yes, I'm a die hard Yankee fan. I grew up watching Derek Jeter. He was that go-to guy. He was respected by everyone, every team and every sport. He was a world class act. He created memories, legendary plays and inspirational moments for his team and fans. He inspires me do to the same. In every and any situation I want to be looked at as a class act, to be respected and inspire others in my personal life and in business. I believe he is one of the greatest role models out there.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

My favorite place would be Yankee Stadium. I get so excited when I go to Opening Week. Throughout the season I always make time to make it to a handful of games. The vibe at the stadium is amazing. The energy that us Yankee fans have are incredible! Before every game while I'm getting ready, I always make a cheer or chant “let's go Yankee” to get myself pumped up!

My favorite destination would be Monaco. I went on this incredible trip last year. Every moment was magical. It was so beautiful to see how clear the water was, how fresh the food was and how clean the city was. (Something I'm not use to since I’m from Queens, NY.) I would love to go back and spend an even longer time there!

My Favorite Products/Objects?

I have a few favorite products. Since I'm physically active all the time, stretching my body has become an essential task that I have to do. I am a brand ambassador for Hyperice and I highly believe in this product. My favorite product from hyperice is the hypersphere. My hypersphere goes everywhere I go. It's a self Myo-fascial release ball and it's so portable. I have 2 shoulder impingement so the hypersphere is great for me to roll out my pectoralis major (chest) as they are super tight!

I'm a bit obsessed with taking care of my skin. I mean come on, it's our largest organ on our body! Every morning I use Dr, Dennis Gross alpha chemical peels. It's an easy 2 step wipe. I bring one with me every morning on my drive to work. It takes about 3 minutes to do. I've been using it for 3 months and I have seen a huge difference in the brightness in my skin.

My favorite shoes right now are APL. You can catch me wearing my APL’s almost every day, even when I go out to dinner! They are so fashionable, comfortable and unique. I always recommend APL to my clients, friends and family.

My Current Passions?

There are a ton of things that I get excited about but the most exciting thing for me to do is going to local farms or farm stands. I'm heavy on eating all natural and organic food. I believe whatever you put in your body dictates your future health. I also enjoy supporting local businesses. Whenever I’m out to the Hamptons I stop by my favorite farms, the Green Thumb in Water Mill and Red Swamp Farm in Bridgehampton. I truly can tell the difference when I buy it from a farm verses a grocery store. I get paranoid about my food being genetically modified so I try my best be in control of what I'm putting into my body.
