What do you do best?

Stay Focus, positive, multitasking and always finding solution even for most challenging situations.

What makes you the best?

It takes a great strength and courage, especially for a woman, not only to have ambitions in fife, but also to live up to your dreams and believes, and become what you dream of, without loosing yourself or your values, and without sacrifice or giving up on motherhood, which in itself is a full time job and consumes all your energy and time. What makes me the best is that I have an ability to move forward and toward my own dream and vision, at the same time, staying focus, I am able to be a full time mother of two very active amazing boys, giving them 100% of my attention, care, love and wisdom. My secret is always to stay in the moment and remember, in my view, some simple facts of life. “A fresh attitude starts to happen when we look to see that yesterday was yesterday, and now it is gone; today is today and now it is new. It is like that – every hour, every minute is changing. If we stop observing change, then we stop seeing everything."

- Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoch

What are your aspirations?

When setting my business aspirations, I always try to look just beyond the horizon of what I feel is realistic and reasonable, making sure that my aspirations should be just out of reach, but with considerable effort, reachable. It’s all about knowing that I am going to have to make that extra, extra effort if I am going to hit these goals. Again, they cannot be too far out of reach, or they become no more than fantasies. Thus founding DrFedorenko True Organic Brand my aspiration is to become the most trusted, leading brand of natural skin care and lifestyle products to ensure that our customers can enjoy an active and social outdoor lifestyle, embracing nature in all its glory, while protecting themselves against disease carrying insects and harmful environmental effects. My goal is to to become one of 500 Fortune companies. My personal aspiration is to make sure that I carry the strength, love and wisdom I have and pass it onto my two sons, to keep an ability to serve as a roll model and show them that women do not have to be invisible. That women can find that balance to be able to care and love, be soft and flexible, yet, be strong and focused and run a challenging, yet super successful business that is able to provide financial security and contribute to good deeds and philanthropy.

Biggest Success?

My biggest success was when I was able to rise up through the ray of fire of the most treaturous 6 years in length divorce, being financially broke and emotionally broken as a result, raising two little kids 2 years old and 5 years old, at the time. I found the strength to be grateful for being challenged and pushed to the limit, instead of fallen victim. And, as a result, I found and built the DrFedorenko True Organic Brand.

Most Challenging Moment?

6 years ago, when I found myself lost in my marriage, as a woman and an individual, and I have decided to file for a divorce. My, now ex husband said that he is the boss, and he is the General, and in his culture, divorce is a failure, and he never fails. And, if he knew that there will be no consicvences for his actions in this country, he would stone me to death right there and then.

"There is no failure except in no longer trying. "

~ Elbert Hubbard

"Success is not measured by what you accomplish but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds."

~ Orison Swett Marden

Favorite People/Role Models?

1. Dag Hammarskjöld. To my opinion, one of the most remarkable mankind.  Throughout his life and career, he seems to suffer from a nagging sense of lack of fulfillment. This feeling of emptiness constantly reads in the early pages of “Markings”, my favorite book, and with it the search for meaning, reality, a way to “transform the mirror into a doorway.” This search reached its conclusion in 1953 with his unexpected election as Secretary-General of the United Nations.

2. Meryl Streep. I deeply share her valuse and live by them:

“I no longer have patience for certain things, not because I’ve become arrogant, but simply because I reached a point in my life where I do not want to waste more time with what displeases me or hurts me. I have no patience for cynicism, excessive criticism and demands of any nature. I lost the will to please those who do not like me and to smile at those who do not want to smile at me.
I no longer spend a single minute on those who lie or want to manipulate. I decide not to coexist anymore with pretense, hypocrisy, dishonesty and cheap praise. I do not tolerate selective erudition nor academic arrogance. I do not adjust either to popular gossiping. I hate conflict and comparisons. I believe in a world of opposites and that’s why I avoid people with rigid and inflexible personalities. In friendship I dislike the lack of loyalty and betrayal. I do not get along with those who do not know how to give a compliment or a word of encouragement. Exaggerations bore me and I have difficulty accepting those who do not like animals. And on top of everything I have no patience for anyone who does not deserve my patience.”

- Meryl Streep

Favorite Places/Destinations?

(EXAMPLE: Tell us your favorite travel destination(s) or other place(s) that you enjoy)

Costa Rica, the pacific side, where I paddleboar with my two sons through the jungle rivers, or enjoy the local surf, surfing together those waves. I really do enjoy to be consider a “cool mom”  and the other place is Mexico, Careyas – Just a perfect place to relax.

Favorite Products/Objects?

Essential oils, herbs, teas, creams, lotions and potions :) I love finding all kind of objects in the nature, rocks, feathers, shells, etc. Then, my boys and I, build houses for fairies out of that. I will never stop believing in magic :)

Current Passions?

I rather be a rebel, than a slave :) I have a passion for watching my boys grow and become amazing young men, with healthy ego and strong not to be threaten by a woman’s own success. My passion is my work and what I do. Watching my brand growing from its infancy and spreading its wings.
