What do you do best?

I do several things well- I believe that I am an amazing yoga teacher because I teach from the body/ mind and ethers simultaneaously. I also am very solution oriented and extremely creative. My creative brain never shuts off and I am always thinking about big picture ideas to make this planet a better place to inhabit.

What makes you the best?

What makes me the best ? I don’t believe I am the best at anything however I believe that keeping a beginners mind and having a huge heart makes anyone a great person.

What are your aspirations?

My biggest aspiration is to end the suffering of animals in particular dogs on this planet. I believe that DOGS are GOD and my biggest vision is to have a non profit just dedicated to spaying and neutering dogs so we have less cruelty, less dogs and less suffering because we euthanize 10 million dogs a year in North American alone annually.

Biggest Success?

My biggest success this far is YogaFit- the largest yoga school in North America and a great karma give back company for over 20 years

Selling 100,000 copies of my first book YogaFit and releasing the book YogaLean which I poured my heart into.

Most Challenging Moment?

Every day running a business is a challenging moment and holding the physic space for a global entity is challenging but worth it.

Business without a greater point than profit is pointless

If you can breath and feel you can do yoga

The slow horse is the hardest
