As part of the team that introduced mobile "text messaging" to America, Michael obviously excels in the art of communication; plus he has continually demonstrated great ingenuity and a superior record in sales. After receiving his BA degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, Michael sold Whirlpool appliances to the real estate development market. He was not only the youngest person to gain nationwide recognition from Whirlpool Company; he was also nominated for National Territory Manager of the year for his performance and overachievements. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Jericho, Long Island, Michael currently resides in Murray Hill. He is devoted father who also has a passion for New York City living. Michael enjoys working out, NYC culture, cooking, travel, the beach, and spending time at his home in Sag Harbor when he is not working.

What do you do best?

"Listening to my client is first and foremost," he says. "I am determined to make people happy by finding them the right home for their unique needs. This is determined not only by a property's amenities, but by the overall amenities offered by the surrounding community, from schools and restaurants to conveniences and services. When you are in the right home, pride, accomplishment, confidence and contentment all flow together naturally."

What makes you the best?

Being 'Best in Class' in my industry, my knowledge of the New York real estate market is very important to me. My positive energy makes me stand out from other brokers. It allows my clients to have a level of confidence that they are being represented by the best professional in the field. Not only does this set me apart from others, but also it puts me in a position that is naturally magnetic to my clients, and to people in general. I am very focused at all times always looking out for my clients best interest.

How will you become the best?

By continuing to educate myself on the current real estate markets, inventories, and market projections. It's important for my clients gain trust in me. Not only will I like to continue to continuously be educated in the latest markets, but my client services will continue to expand as does my online services, and well as my wireless knowledge, Educating my clients about the comparative inventory in today’s NYC real estate market and having the ability to negotiate the best investment for their needs.

What are your aspirations: business & personal?

Personal: My personal aspirations are to spend more time with my family, and friends. Also by taking advantage of my travel experiences and different cultural knowledges.

Business: My business aspirations are to find additional ways to gain worldwide exposure, allowing individuals to have a definitive “real estate professional” to turn to be educated, and represented by.

What fascinates you?

All of the culture that is at my fingertips when I am at home, and whenever I travel worldwide. In addition, peoples different personalities and experiences and how much I can learn from them.

Favorite Motto?

“You can do anything you want as long as you put your mind, body, and soul into it. The results will follow”.

Favorite People?

People have built this world to be what it is today. I continually learn from their experiences, both positive, and negative, and take away certain things so I can practice those behaviors, and pass them off to my peers, both professional, and personal.

Products that are unique, and that I find value in. In addition, that provide many benefits to me, and other individuals.

Current Passions?

I am passionate about my family, friends, my personal interests and continuously learning from people that I meet, and have solid relationships with.
