What do you do best?

I’m a great listener. I have a true understanding of the business and structural changes affecting the industry. I know where the market is at and where prices will be. I can determine the real value in property and if there is an upside in an investment.

What makes you the best?

Honesty. I am always delivering what people need to hear, and never putting on a show. I am hard working and I don’t believe in giving up.

How will you become the best?

I am already the best. Of course there is always room for improvement by working smarter, not harder. Through keeping up with the ever-changing real estate trends with modern technology, I am continuously delivering great results to my clients.

What are your aspirations: business & personal?

My personal aspirations are to spend more quality time with my family doing the things we love, and doing more good for my community. My focus for the past 10 years has been mainly in the Brooklyn market. My aspiration now is to take what we have done in Brooklyn and continue to grow our business in the same manner in Manhattan.

What fascinates you?

What fascinates me is meeting people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. It amazes me to see how everyone has a unique story that gives New York such character and charm.

Favorite Motto?

Work smarter, not harder.

Favorite People?

Positive energy and a passion for life.

Favorite Places?

I am a lover of all places. I see the beauty in it all, but my heart is in New York.

Favorite Products?

What makes life functional is without a doubt, my iPhone and espresso machine.

Current Passions?

I am passionate about surfing, snorkeling, and helping people succeed in life, be it with business or personal growth.
