Brady Wilson: Author, Trainer, Speaker & Co-Founder of Juice Inc.

My NativeAdVantage: I think differently than other people.

Brady Wilson, Co-Founder of Juice Inc, Author, Trainer and Speaker, Juice Inc. Brady Wilson is, undisputedly, the embodiment of focused energy. As co-founder of Juice Inc., Brady’s vision is to create a world where businesses pulsate with creative energy. For 20 years, he has inspired countless companies including American Express, BMO, BMO Harris, Loblaw, PHH, The Co-operators, Yum! Brands Canada and some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies, to find the courage to: -consider the possibilities beyond traditional human resources strategies; -unlock the latent physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy within their organizations; -and harness employees’ potential to get them to the point of “A.B.C.D.” (going Above and Beyond the Call of Duty). Brady is the author of four books dedicated to improving employee performance and business results: Juice: The Power of Conversation, Love at Work: Why Passion Drives Performance in the Feelings Economy, Finding the Sticking Point: Increase Sales by Transforming Customer Resistance into Customer Engagement and his most recent book Beyond Engagement: A Brain-Based Approach That Blends the Engagement Managers Want with the Energy Employees Need.

An animated and intensely pragmatic keynote speaker, Brady shares practical tools and the know-how to help business leaders step into life’s grittiest tensions: creating an audience experience that moves concepts from theory to application. Brady’s passion for energy compels keynote audiences to not only get involved in the presentation, but carry their excitement away with them, inspired to create a sustained approach to positive change—and better business results. More about Brady... -Brady is a grandfather of 6, a father of 4 and a husband of one -Ironman triathlons and marathons help Brady keep up with his grandchildren -Brady loves carpentry - he and his family are currently constructing a cottage on Manitoulin Island.

What do you do best?

I’ve always seen things differently. Then I use the power of story to reframe ancient truths in refreshing ways. This gives people permission to re-engage with the principle and put it to use for themselves in meaningful ways.

What makes you the best?

This freakish “in the zone” thing that happens when I connect deeply with people.

How will you stay the best?

Learning, training and always connecting with people.

What are your aspirations: business & personal?

Personal: I do triathlons and marathons with my grown children, but I aspire to be fit enough to do a triathlon with my granddaughter Maya 10 years from now. I also want to witness the birth of Maya’s granddaughter’s before I die at age 100. As you can see, my chronological clock is marching forward, but my biological clock is rolling backwards every year.

Business: I want to build a better world. I want to see Juice’s ideas and tools create a world that pulsates with creative energy: in education, healthcare, government, business, entertainment and religion.

What fascinates you?

Tension - the creative energy resident within it and how conversation draws that energy out and spawns breakthrough innovations

Favorite Motto?

My Dad’s favourite saying, “Us Wilsons work hard and us Wilsons play hard”

Favorite People?

Bucky Fuller (the beauty of simplicity), Albert Einstein (the power of intuition), Brene Brown (the wonder of vulnerability)

Favorite Places?

The Yorkshire Dales, Swiss Alps, Manitoulin Island, The Bruce Trail

Favorite Products?

The hydrogen house, my Aeropress coffee-maker, and yes – my iPhone

Current Passions?

Learning, running, swimming, cycling, Cross-fit, going on dates with my 7 grandchildren, building my cottage on Manitoulin Island, writing love songs to god.
