What do you love most about Your City?

As a native New Yorker, I am addicted to the city’s constant buzz and energy. Being one of the most diverse cities in the world, New York provides unmatched opportunity for success for those willing to work hard and hustle. There is no better place for someone who wants to make something of themselves.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

I eat breakfast often at the Loews Regency Hotel. It’s great for professional breakfasts and the food is phenomenal. A lot of my business and personal contacts have breakfast here, so it’s a great place to catch up with them. The Regency Bar and Grill is home to the famous “Power Breakfast”, so it’s been a long time favorite of mine. I like to eat healthy and light in the mornings, so I usually go for an omelet filled with veggies.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – I like to start my day with exercise before heading to the office. It allows me to mentally and physically prepare for unpredictable challenges that I may face throughout the day. After reading the news and answering emails, you can find me running in Central Park, boxing or taking a spin class.

10:00 AM – By 10am, I may be in the 2nd or 3rd meeting of the day. I like to schedule meetings with my internal teams in the morning so that we are aligned and focused for the day ahead. Over the years, I have found that some of the best ideas come out of these morning meetings (this is also why I am a big fan of power breakfasts).

12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal? For a business lunch, I like to go to THE GRILL on 52nd street. I have several go-to places, including The Mark Hotel, Daniel’s, Nello, La Goulue, Le Bernardin, and Reserve Cut down on Wall Street.

7:00 PM - I am normally still at the office at 7pm, but on the off-chance that I finish early, I am usually at a work event with clients or helping my daughters with homework.

11:00 PM – I prefer to spend my nights winding down, reading books and playing chess online. I always read the most recent news and answer my emails before going to sleep.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

I try and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Unfortunately, I am also slightly addicted to Diet Coke… but I am working on breaking that habit.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

My favorite Instagram account—this is difficult to choose, because I mostly only follow my friends and family. I love seeing what my people around the world are up to. I also love sharing pictures of my kids—I am very proud of them.

What should everyone try at least once?

I think everyone should try traveling alone at least once in their lifetime. It takes you out of your comfort zone and forces you to expand your own personal boundaries. Removing all of the comforts and familiarities of home can be daunting, but I think it’s one of the best ways to get to know yourself better.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

Central Park is in my backyard, and I truly enjoy taking advantage of beautiful scenery every chance that I get. I run there in the mornings and take walks there with my kids on the weekends. If I were to get lost somewhere else around the world, I would choose Tel Aviv. I am also an avid collector of art, so I can easily get lost in galleries and shops while searching for new pieces.
