What do you love most about Your City?

St. Louis is a great place to live and raise a family. The cost for housing and living expenses are relatively moderate compared to the coasts. We have a wide variety of major attractions such as the Gateway Arch and renovated grounds, a world-class zoo, a top art museum, an excellent theater district, a beautiful botanical garden, some great concert venues, and of course Major League sports teams-the Cardinals and Blues. Add in some first-class restaurants, top ranked health care facilities, some highly regarded colleges and universities, and a fast developing mid-town that is turning into one of the hottest tech districts in the nation, and you have an exciting regional area that continues to innovate and grow.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

-The Shack is a great place for a fluffy omelet. Enjoy meeting clients at one of their locations.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Getting the day started. It begins by checking emails, responding to requests from clients and journalists, a nice walk or workout, and reading a chapter in a book and/or appropriate articles.

10:00 AM – Depending on the day this can include meeting with clients and or prospective clients, working on a PR campaign, meeting with staff and vendors, and addressing the myriad of issues that occur during the normal business day.

12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

This varies depending on the location. Some of the venues include Maggiano’s in the Clayton area, Vicia in the Central West End and Mango downtown.

7:00 PM – Usually having dinner with my wife.

11:00 PM – Sleep time.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Coffee, usually two cups a day.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

LinkedIn is probably my most used app. Nancy Friedman The Telephone Doctor is always fun to watch on Instagram.

What should everyone try at least once?

Watching the sunset in Maui. It is almost a spiritual experience. Even better if you are in the ocean when the sun slips out of view.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

Locally, the Missouri Botanical Garden has some great places to relax and recharge surrounded by all the beautiful plants and flowers.

On trips, we have been to Hawaii several times and nothing beats a week in Maui.
