What do you love most about Your City?

Aesthetically, I am in love with the architecture. Convenience wise I love that you can get anything at anytime.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

I love omelets. Two of my favorite spots are Vics and the Standard.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Sleeping. I generally get up around 7. I meditate, do yoga and sometimes journal.

10:00 AM – Working …I generally start working by answering emails form buyers, production and anything else that has come my way overnight. I try to get the more technical work done in the am and then I do more creative work in the evening or on the weekend.

12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

I am not a huge lunch person during the week. I love brunch on the weekend and Two Hands is one of my favorite spots and I love the Zoe’s Market Plate.

7 :00 PM – I am usually finishing up work around then. If I don’t have dinner plans with friends I will text my husband and see what he wants to do which is generally split 3 ways between cooking, ordering in or going out. After that we will probably watch something or go for a way on the Hudson river when the evening is nice.

11:00 PM – Generally getting ready for bed. I will sometime watch TV or read a book in bed.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

I’m all about the H2O. Also love herbal infusions, kombucha and coconut water.
