My Goal of the Day: To be focused, organized, super productive, and have fun along the way.

My Thought of the Day: Grateful. Always.

My Action of the Day: Kiss my family, support my clients, and take care of myself.

What do you love most about Your City?

The palm trees. It’s hard to see a palm tree and not smile.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

Breakfast meal:

I love egg whites. My refrigerator is always stocked with cartons of liquid egg whites. I make huge egg white omelets and I eat them in so many different ways depending on my mood. If I want something sweet, I will form it into a crepe and eat with jam and fruit. It sounds strange, but it’s amazing. If I want something savory, I will top it with sliced avocado and Everything but the bagel seasoning. If you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend you get it from Trader Joes and thank me later. If I am craving pizza, I will make one of my famous egg white pizzas. Famous in my mind because I’ve been eating them for the past 15 years as I’ve lost and kept off my weight and I still crave them to this day.

But if it’s hot outside or I’m craving chocolate, it’s my chocolate mousse shakeology. Link:

Favorite restaurant: Fish Grill in LA. There are 3-4 locations. It is the best, freshest food. Huge portions of grilled salmon filets and the best Caesar salad dressing on earth. They also make amazing fish chowder, kabobs, and baked potatoes. I highly recommend it.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Finishing up nursing my son. He wakes up anywhere from 5:10-5:50am and I nurse him half-asleep in bed for about 30 minutes. Then I get up, hop on the scale and write in my tracker for a minute.

10:00 AM – Eating breakfast. I usually just drink a lot of water with a scoop of Energize first thing in the morning before I work out. Once my daughter is off at school and I’m showered, dressed, and a bit more relaxed, I’ll have a big breakfast before taking on my appointments and schedule.

12:00 PM -  Seeing clients, on conference calls, answering emails, sometimes filming, instagramming, you name it.

7:00 PM -  Getting my son and daughter to bed! I eat an early dinner with my kids around 5:30/6. At 7pm, my kids and husband are my sole priority. We read books, catch up on our day, and do our best to get them both sleeping by 7:15pm. It usually ends up being closer to 7:30pm, but we try.

11:00 PM – Ideally sleeping, but before then I am usually doing some nightly skincare routine, writing tomorrows to-do list, and watching Friday Night Lights or Shark Tank.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Water. I drink over 150 ounces a day. It’s a lot but I also breast feed and workout. Plus, I always say “more water, more weight loss.”

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Most used app: Apple podcast, google calendar, Gmail, amazon, Instagram, cocooncam, I could literally go on and on. I use about 20 apps a day.

Favorite Instagram Account: I am a big fan of Arielle Charnas / @ariellecharnas. We don’t know each other, but we are a similar age and stages in life (married, with 2 kids under 4) and I am extremely impressed with the brand she has built. While I don’t know her personally, I am so proud of her and all of her success and enjoy following her and supporting her in any way I can.

What should everyone try at least once?

A wonder whip.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

Central park, a beach town, or a foreign country. I am happy to get lost anywhere or anytime that I am not expected to be somewhere.
