What do you love most about your city?

There are so many things that I love about living in LA. One, it's a slower pace. I live at a very high pace and I like to make things happen at lightning speed. Living in LA I move much faster especially compared to most people which is fantastic. Also, obviously the weather. I had lived in NYC for years and I love to visit but LA is now home.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

I love breakfast at Chateau Marmont. It feels like the most serene place in the morning. Tea, scrambled eggs, bacon and an English muffin makes me fabulously happy.

What are you doing at:

6:00am- Reciting my mantra, I am blessed, I am grateful, I am kind, I am prosperous, I love me. Then slowly I check emails for anything groundbreaking or from Europe so I catch them still in their offices. After that it is tea time.

10:00am- If I am home I am working. For consulting clients, talking to contributors for our magazine (I am an owner and the creative director of LAPALME magazine) email photographers or talking to my team.

12:00pm- One of my favorite lunch spots in downtown LA is Vespaio. Its Italian and the food is very classic and clean. If I am in Hollywood or Beverly Hills, I love Fred's at Barneys. I love being social at lunch and it is always filled with people I know and of course a little bit of shopping while there is always a highlight of the day. I regularly eat chicken salad, but to the point I am teased about it. Chicken is my main meat of choice. I live on it...

7:00pm- again if I am home in LA then I am usually headed to my workouts at Orange Theory. I love it. Not only is it a lot of cardio but it also is good for tightening muscles. I am always concerned about being slim enough to fit into clothes. It is the perfect way to stay in shape. Plus, for some reason I am a very strong rower and the class is amazing for that. If I am out of town I am usually still at appointments or getting ready for dinner or a night out depending on what city/country I am in.

11:00pm- At night I usually catch up on reading from the day. DailyMail, Yahoo and other news sources. I also catch up on Youtube. I only seem to read books now when i am on vacation, which is rare or holidays when there is a lot of downtime. So much of my career is based on current events, celebrity and knowing what the newest thing is it takes all of my extra time to keep up. But when I can read its classics like Jane Eyre, Anna Karenina or biographies of success stories.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end of the day (how many)?

I am a pinot grigio or a rose' drinker. I love wine but for cocktails I mostly drink Aperol Spritz. I spend a lot of my summer in Europe and on the Mediterranean, which is how I became an Aperol fan. But wine is usually my go to. How many you ask??? We can just say I have a good time.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Acct?

I definitely use Instagram the most. I have a few accounts for different business' and it’s wonderful to stay in touch with people. Also it’s a great way to build your following and promote your product. I do fine jewelry, plus I promote all of my projects along with my magazine LAPALME and I am about to launch a more avant-garde magazine called MR. WARBURTON. One of my favorite accounts on histogram is performance artist Daniel Lismore @daniellismore, I think his imagery is a genius and is showing in museums all over the world.

What should everyone try at least once?

Loving who they are completely.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

I love getting lost in Paris. I was just there for fashion week and I got lost quite a few times. I make time for it. I’m not a fan of public transport and Paris is difficult to get around, that factor makes it all the better to get lost. In the US I love to get lost on the beach in a little town called Ogunquit on the coast of Maine. I have been going there since I was 20 years old for summer breaks. I threw my first charity event there and the beach represents all of the dreams that have come true since the first time I wandered those sands 24 years ago. It’s my conscious daydream.
